The Imposters!

Five characters on the run from the authorities escape capture, fall in love, fight their way through hordes of cops to solve the mystery of how they ended up on the wrong side of law. With a live music score, The Imposters brings the charm, daredevil acrobatic stunts, romance, action and thrills of the Silent Movie Era live to the stage. Conceived and directed by Moira Hunt.

Created and performed by Circomedia’s BA Contemporary Circus & Physical Theatre students.

This show is presented in an exciting new partnership between Bristol Slapstick Festival and Circomedia. It brings an exhilarating live physical theatre (and circus) experience inspired by the classic silent movies. Performed in Circomedia’s iconic church, it promises to be a compelling night out for film, circus, and theatre lovers alike.
