Founding member of the world renowned and forever influential Monty Python comedy troupe, Terry Jones was a man of many talents: actor; scriptwriter; film director; medieval historian; children’s writer; poet; television presenter; master brewer; ecological magazine publisher; devotee of slapstick comedy; passionate supporter of the Slapstick Festival; and the first male host of Woman’s Hour!

In this affectionate salute, Robert Ross: Terry’s authorised biographer and the man who Barry Cryer, another much-missed friend of Slapstick, dubbed ‘Britain’s Comedy Historian’, will be in conversation with Gemma Ross.

Expect surreal laughter and fond memories of a Comic Genius… but never, ever expect the Spanish Inquisition. Nobody does!
Followed by Book Signing.
